Love. Love. Love. Love. Love. Love. That's all I want in this life. And I think I'll find it....someday. I'm not one of those lucky people that are going to find it in high school. And that's totally okay. Because really, if my idea of love is that immature when I get married, that's extremely disturbing.
Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Seriously, if I had long hair, the luscious kind that I desire so much, then I'll be happy. I've been thinking about visiting Suzanna and Nick in NC, and Suzi's hair actually grows. She has this amazing white blonde hair. And Nick is hoping that I'll have long hair. Actually he doesn't really care that much, but still.....I. Want. It. Waaaaah.
Sick. Sick. Sick. I hate being sick. I've been sick forever now. Going on a solid week of a horrible cough, nasty headaches, body aches, crappy feelings. I'm almost better.
Prom. Prom. Prom. Prom. I just need to be patient. It's just BARELY going to be April tomorrow (MY BIRTHDAY IS SOON!!!!) I want to go so f***ing bad.
Sariah. Sariah. I love that woman. Seriously. It's awesome.

Our human race is disgusting. Plain and simple. For OJM we filled out a survey about what disturbed us about our generation, and I simply stated a fact. Our generation promotes promiscuity and sex everywhere you turn. Women are objects. Men are animals. We've lost all interest in staying human.
While watching a sitcom with my family, there is always at least some kind of media supporting sex. Whether those are male enhancement ads, suggestive scenes in the sitcom, or victoria's secret commercials. We're surrounded by it. Remember the days where promiscuity was punishable by death? Now, if you haven't lost your virginity by the time your 12, you're considered a saint. What is wrong with that idea? Really? What is wrong with our sick and twisted world that makes this okay? In music. How many songs in the last decade are entirely about sex, and played on the radio, and completely regarded as "Excellent" music by society?
It disgusts me. I've learned all my life that there's a time and a place for a sexual relationship. And that consists strictly in a marriage. So who are we, to support the whores of society?

Imaginary
It's hard pretending to smile,
Because I know,
Slowly but steadily,
I'm falling apart,
And everything in my world.
Is imaginary.

Slowly but steadily,
I'm falling apart,
And everything in my world.
Is imaginary.

Lent
I don't really have big goals. Just big for me.
1) Stop swearing. It's not hott. Although it's kind of how I speak, I don't need to be that way.
2) NO more candy. I think I gain more weight from eating candy, than anything else
4) No more number 3's. Just kidding.
I want to feel like a better person because of Lent. And I also want a job.

No one even reads this blog. Except my sister and Nina. It's frustrating. I wish my writing actually made a difference to the world, but realistically, it doesn't, and that's okay. I guess.
Music interest of the Moment:
Joshua Radin
I'm a believer. Honestly. His music makes me feel so at ease. Which is so so nice. And his voice is amazing. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!
I don't know right now.
I'm done blogging for a while. Meaning until tomorrow morning.

Fairytale.
Why are we all convinced that love is what we all really need? Maybe because there's so much truth to that statement, it's disgusting. In all reality, we are emotional beings that need love in order to survive, how love is defined, however, is all in the eyes of the beholder.
When I was little, I had a couple of favorite princess movies and fairytales. Beauty and the Beast was always one of my favorites, because the Beast seemed to be custom made to love Belle. He loved her even when she was sad, and lonely. And Belle learned to love the beast even with physical challenges.
The Little Mermaid was another favorite of mine. Back then, I loved it for all the colorful fish, and mermaids, but now that I'm older, there's a new appreciation for it. It has been said that love speaks a language only a heart can understand, and in The Little Mermaid, it is epitomized. As we all know, Ariel can't speak, because she gave up her voice for a chance at being human. But Prince Eric still reaches out, and learns to love Ariel for all that she is.
My personal favorite, though, will always be The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Honestly, it makes me cry everytime I watch it. The characters in that movie are so human. There's trials for everyone, and it's not a movie based around romantic love, granted there is some romance involved, the movie itself is more about the evolution of friendships.
So really, is it healthy for us to believe in fairytales? Absolutely. We believe in things we understand, and have a desire for understanding, and love is one of those things that can't really be understood.
It's all about becoming better as human beings if you think about it. We all want to become better versions of ourselves. Other people help us get to that point.
Friendships. Relationships. Love.
They all lead ultimately to one thing.
A more divine understanding.
Not to say that love isn't going to give a swift kick in the ass from time to time.
But it will always be worth it.
