So I went to my first spin class yesterday, and all I can say is WOW! Spin seriously works every muscle in your legs! It's so great. I slept really good. (Maybe this will help me take Melatonin less!!!)
After spin I made myself a tomato and cheese omelet. Honestly, I don't understand how people don't love tomatoes. Especially when those same people love ketchup. That's like a tomato's daughter with a boob job. All of that high fructose corn syrup make it sweet. When tomatoes are naturally sweet and juicy. Anyway. Best omelet of my life.
I decided to start exercising this week, and honestly, I couldn't be happier that I made that decision. I WILL WEAR A DAMN BIKINI ALL SUMMER LONG. Whenever I'm running and it gets really hard, I imagine my great bikini body in the making, and work a little harder.
I need to drink WAAY more water. I've been so seriously dehydrated lately, I'm getting headaches. That's absolutely ridiculous.
